About The Founder
Collin Evans
Founder & Principal, District Property Management
Collin Evans was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, before his family relocated to New Hampshire, where he finished high school and first developed a connection to the Northeast. He went on to earn a degree in finance from the University of Central Oklahoma, where he also began his career in property management — working for an established firm and learning the industry from the ground up.
After years building his expertise in Oklahoma, Collin returned to the Northeast to be closer to family — and in 2018, he founded District Property Management in Boston. What drove him was a pattern he'd seen repeatedly in the industry: owners overpaying for impersonal service, and tenants treated as an afterthought. He set out to build something better — a company where owners always receive a fair deal and everyone involved is treated with respect and transparency.
